Notes packet sniffer
Quite some time ago I remember someone posting a link to a utility that would place a small window near the bottom of your screen and show you exactly what is going on behind the scenes when the lightning bolt is flashing. Does this ring a bell with anyone? Any idea where I can find it?
You're probably thinking of this

Last line is optional, I belive, only needed if you want the output also recorded to a file.
